Stupid Question - when to eat exercise calories...
I've read enough posts now to convince me that I need to eat my exercise calories. However, I sometimes work out at the end of the day and that can leave me with 1000 calories to consume after 6pm! So my dumb question is, can I eat those calories before I've earned them?

My First Big Setback

I am allowed 95 proteins a day- I am having a hard time with this. Any suggestions of snacks without protein in them. I'm usually okay at breakfast unless I have a glass of milk. Lunch is usually turkey sandwhich and dinner of course varies.

Why do my net calories on my goal page keep adjusting
When I started I had a net calorie goal of 1300. Then a couple weeks later I looked at my goal page and it readjusted itself to 1290. Mondays are so hard.

Diet and Organics

So last week i started excercising I did 3 45minute CV classes and 2 1/2hour body coniditoning classes My calorie intake was approx 1200 with only eating carbs for my evening meal But ive only lost .2 of a pound!! The gym tell me that my body has gone into starvation mode!!! Any advise
