Ok, so I have a few friends on my fb page that have done this master cleanse alongside a salt water flush cleanse. I am curious to see if anyone on here has tried it, what the results were, and is it safe?

Why has the weight loss slowed so much?

Random sickness?
okay so yesterday i ate the same kinda stuff as usual & uped My water intake. This morning whenever i woke up i had huge hunger pang, tried to eat but couldnt get it down and was sick twice before getting an extremley bad headache and falling asleep on the bedroom floor! I was 2hours late for work! Any ideas??

i can feel it but i can't see it...
So yeah i can tell that my stomach is toning down and i am losing inches.. however when looking in the mirror or stepping on the scale it shows no progress.. i guess looks can be deceiving eh? i really need to start measuring instead of looking @ a scale that might be more accurate huh?:huh:
