Starting t25 looking for some friends to encourage and to encourage me
I start t25 tomorrow. I've done insanity before with great results losing 40 pounds but then got to comfortable gained it back and had my handsome little boy who is now 7 months. It's time to kick it in gear any thoughts? Anyone done t25 before?

Resetting ticker from previous weight loss

Starting Over...Again, How to stay on track
For those of you who have been where i am, dieting and exercising, and then forgetting or not caring. Then getting back on track, and then off again. When it finally stuck, what was the difference? What tips can you give to help get on track and then stay on track? How do you make it easier to stay focused?
