Good Fats?
I am trying to figure out more healthy fats. I eat avacado, tuna, salmon, and use avacado and coconut oil. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you- I will be on the 6th day tomorrow and really like the tracking system- keeps me motivated.

Weight projection screen
Anyone know how to fix an issue I am having with my projected weight being cut off on the screen. I am only see the last number or two. Why is my calories so low?

Sooo...Trust the process. That's what I am telling myself. I'm 2 weeks and 3 days into this and the loss has already slowed WAY down. I know it happens. My body has to get used to the fact that I'm not eating burgers for dinner. I get that, but boy is it frustrating!
