Fitness apps
So there is this app and all the map my "x" apps. Do I need accounts for all them cuz they all seem the same? Do I have to pay for an account on each to get full functionally? I'm trying to narrow down my apps to just what I need and get focus on my weight loss goals and not apps.

New to MyFitnessPal. Any suggestions?
Like I said, I am new and I could use some help in lowering my carb intake. My Goals: 27% Carbohydrates, 35% Fat, and 38% Protein. I'm at about 65% daily carbs on average this week. This is the first week that I started to track my nutrition through MyFitnessPal.

That's when I decided it was time to make a change. I've lost 25lbs I'm now 165lbs. I'm running 3 11 minute miles along with cross traing on an ArcTrainer to strengthen my lower body and weight training for my upper. I feel awesome.

Question, if someone can help
I'm new to this & selected I would like to loose 1.5lbs a week. I'm staying within my 1200 calories however the calculator is not reflecting in 5 weeks I will loose that much. I'm only on day 3. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong so far???

Taking the plunge!
I did it. No more saying I'll start tomorrow, or next week, or next month. No more saying, just one more.... I'm into my first week of giving up temptations and getting back into a regular workout routine and it feels great! Hoping I can finish out the summer strong and reach my goals!
