Hello everyone! I’m 28 and this is my first time ever tracking what I eat. So far it has been eye opening to see what I’m actually putting to my body. My diet at this point as been pretty consistent eating “Tiffany Plates” everyday. What are your suggestions to stay motivated on a calorie deficit?? Thank you guys so much!

Not losing weight after 4 weeks
Hello I am eating 1250 calories a day while getting in my recommended protein and studying below carbs, however my weight is fluctuating and am not able to lose anymore. I work out 5 days a week. Don’t want to decrease anymore calories but not sure what else I can do. Thanks

Junk Food
