What's up from NC!
I decided on my birthday to get really serious about losing weight. I started on Oct. 1 and so far I have lost 13 lbs by adjusting my eating habits. I am a sugar freak so it has been hard for me but I hope I have the will power to continue. Good Luck to everyone.
