Cholesterol
Hi, I am only about 10lb overweight which I do want to lose. I take 40mg of Atorvastatin and my GP has just said my cholesterol is still too high so I am attempting to reduce this by dieting. Is it worth upgrading the fitness pal app. Thank you for any help
