Hi! I’m new to this community and learning to navigate. I used MyPlate for a couple of years with success until they closed their site. I’m 70 and hoping to lose another 25 lbs and continue to improve my health. I am pretty motivated and would love to get and give some positive feedback, tips and new ideas.

Finding balance in more ways
Hello. This is Sherry Currently I am in a wheelchair most of the day. I use crutches when up and on my feet. It’s hard work and I’m looking forward to being more mobile on my feet. part of that is monitoring diet, including food choices, increasing calories with protein & building muscle & strength & drinking enough water.

I'm back! Been gone about 4-5 years.
Moved to a different state so had to get to know all the neighbors here at the senior condo and get acquainted with the town. Then Covid arrived and we just stayed home and ate and watched TV. Have some weight to lose, so here I am!
