A little bit confused how the daily calories are worked out. The first week lost 7 pounds and went down from 2090 to 2040 the second and third week even though I lost 6 pound and nearly 4 pound have stayed at 2040. Found a good article on how myfitnesspal comes up with the daily calorie goal. Help section stuff. I thought my cals would need to be less for weight loss but I can eat the daily calorie amount and lose a little weight. And it looks like exercise allows you to eat more calories. Worth reading. Trying things out.

Finally got round to doing something
Hi folks. I'm new to Myfitnesspal. I finally got round to doing something about my obesity. I lost a fair amount a few years back but it all crept back on. Now I'm back on the food logging, night fasting, careful eating, small portion bandwagon, and so far (3 days and counting) it is paying off.
