What a difference 3 kgs make
I'm feeling a bit down this week because I've hit my normal plateau stage. I've worked out my body will drop 1 kg one week and then maintain for a week and then drop again... After 5 weeks you'll weigh this??
Just curious..when I complete my entries for the day and it says "if everyday was like today I'd weigh" well I have been on since Nov and my "if everyday was like today" has always been below 220 lbs.....why is it that I am still ~225 lb. I am very careful and everything - is this false hope??

My first real NSV!
What is it? Not having to do the jean stretch wiggle when jeans come out of the dryer. (Too bad I went over on my cals today due to a delicious piece of Cheesecake! First time I went over them in almost two months..so yummy!)

Dropped 60
I weighed in and dropped 60 pounds. I fluctuate +- 3 pounds but have been steadily losing. Salads, serious bike rides averaging 105-140 miles a week and weights. Feel better, knees are still killing me but my bp is down and everything else is good. Rich

Me and my wife have been married for 23 years. We both started using myfitnesspal 18 days ago and just by watching our calories and exercising 2 or 3 times a week we both have lost quite a bit of weight!! i have lost 14 pounds and my wife has lost about 5 pounds!! What a great tool!!
