Progress made
I’ve been fat my whole life. I now weigh less than I did in high school. I didn’t do anything special, just a better diet and regular workouts. I’m proud of my progress, and I keep losing more and gaining more muscle. I’m down 70+lbs sing I started using MyFitnessPal, and over 50lbs on the last year!

A Fifth of the way There

Back to my comfy weight!!! - 35lbs!

Satisfying NSV, broke through a plateau!
For the last two and a half years I've been stuck above 220/225 pounds. Today, I stepped on the scale to see 214! I'm ecstatic! And after I'd been plateau'd at 220 for almost two weeks AND on my 30 day logging streak! Anyone else have any plateau victories? Edit: Should mention I restarted at around 240/250 a month ago!
