85 lbs down, 25 to go (pic)
I can barely contain my excitement to have woken up this morning at my -85 lb weigh in. I feel like a new person. =) I began my health and fitness journey in January 2018. Intermittent Fasting and MFP for logging. And I work out 2 to 3 times a week. My next goal is to step that up to 4 days a week! (I have asthma so got to…

RE: What’s Your Most Recent NSV
The goal was to get into size 6 pants (I have 7 hanging up with price tags still on them,it was wishful thinking when I bought them). I tried them all on yesterday-too big!!! Waste of $ yes-but this is a loss that I can live with.🤗

Starting Strength Training (Inspire Me!)
In terms of workouts I've always done a lot of walking or yoga, but I'm really interested in strength training to get the shape I want. I've lost a LOT of weight before (about 4 years ago) just from walking all the time, but I wound up still having a bit of a tummy and some chub on my legs while you could see my hips and…

I Am Spartan!
Hey 👋🏾 everyone! This past Sunday, April 28, 2019... I became a “Spartan”! What a challenge and a new PR for myself. Couldn’t have done it without my team, though. #teamohana And don’t think I’d ever attempt it again without a team! 🤣😂

Down 24 pounds since the beginning of the year. It hasn't been easy, but it sure has been worth it. What is your weight loss equivalent?

40lbs and counting!!
Was so tired of working out everyday with 0 results... so tired of having to buy bigger and bigger clothes. Started logging my foods and making myself eat breakfast and lunches everyday. Started pushing myself with the 10k steps everyday and added weights to my workouts... Its been 8 months and I’m about 10lbs from my goal…

A different kind of Life/Fitness Journey- during Transition (35/MtF)
Hello, I have been on here a long time, but am currently just shy of 2 years into the journey of my life time as I transition. I was a certified personal trainer and an amateur bodybuilder and powerlifter in my previous life- and I truly loved to workout and still do, but my motives for doing so to the extent that I did…

I’ve lost 43 kg so far since January 2015
I’ve been up and down in weight most of my life. I was 57 kg from 20 - 24 years old then after quitting smoking cigarettes I went up to 111 kg in 2014 after having a baby and not eating healthy and eating to much and not exercising much. After I had my son Blake I started exercising and eating less and cleaning the house…

One Year Later
Earlier today I found a photo of myself a year ago wearing the same skirt I am today! It doesn't feel like a difference like this should be realistic, considering I only started a month ago, but here we are!

Success without a thyroid.
Half way there. I'm a 66 years old male. A 6 year cancer survivor and I have no thyroid. I've talked to many other total thyroidectomy cancer survivors and the common thread has been how difficult it is to keep from gaining weight - let alone loosing weight. I started at 268.6 on January 1. Today was my 16 week weigh in…

Mission accomplished and early!
Started at 210.8 lbs. on 8/31/2018 with a goal of 180.0 by my birthday in February 2019. Joined MFP in late October 2018. Reset goal weight to 177.0 and achieved a day after my 64th birthday. Learned about setting a range for goal weight here rather than having a single weight so set my goal for 172-177. Have consistently…

5’11” Late 30s Gents - Goal of 180lbs
I’m currently stuck at 235 lbs. Anyone have a pro-tip for a fellow MFP? Wanting to light up 55lbs of body fat in the next 12-18 months or so. I work out 2 days for a total of 4 hours a week and that’s all the time I have for the gym. Open to just about anything else. Go! Eric

Let’s Hear It for Muffintops!!!
You know what? I bought new jeans yesterday, and to my utmost shock was down three sizes. Tried several brands to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, but they all buttoned comfortably. So what if I have a muffintop? Or a “skinny fat”? Or an “S” curve belly? I’m celebrating the damn thing! It’ll be gone in a minute. It’s like…

Baby weight and spin class results
Never thought I would post pics but here we go. In a struggle to see success stories about taking spin class I have decided to put myself out there in hopes of helping others. I'm a mom of a 9 month old via c-section. I gained about 35lbs. After fluid retention went away I was left with about 20 lbs to lose. 5 months of…
