Heaviest weight:263 Current Weight:183.5 Goal Weight:145 Before my boys were born I was around 200 lbs, and about size 12 and very unhappy. Currently between a 6-8 and have never felt better. 2 Weeks In & Down 14 lbs on Atkins 20!! Wife down 7.5 lbs
