Half Way to Goal #1

my self and my wife need to lose weight. and i want us to be in great shape for a massive 2 week holiday we have booked flying out on 8th sept this year. I need to lose 3 stone and my wife 5 stone so a lot between us. Have you done this anyone??

Where is the “stomach photos” thread?
Recently saw a thread where tons of BMI “normal” women posted photos of what their stomachs looked like, and it was so inspiring because everyone had some amount of “muffin top” when sitting and many women were making jokes about what their stomachs looked like while planking (The Scream). Seeing the difference
I’m down 30 pounds since the birth of my 3rd. Even though I knew I was losing weight and could see it in the mirror, nothing shocked me into that good feeling like a side by side comparison.

So wow, just wow! I had another myfitness pal ap login and I was tracking my food and exercise on it from January to February, and I gained 2 pounds. My doctor prescribed phentermine to help get a few pounds off, and I continued my regular routine. I went in for my 30 day weigh in, and AHHHHHH I'm down 13 pounds!!!!

I've reached my goal weight!
