6000 steps a day
I don't usually walk all that much due to a bad leg but I'm challenging myself to walk 6000 steps a day. If I do more than that it will be a bonus.

Fasciitis/exercise/diet
Hard to exercise with my current feet problem but by replace 2/3 of my diet with vegetables and drink lots of water I was able to lose 1lb/week. Started 25 days ago and almost lost 6 lbs. 10 lbs to go :)
