Realistic Goal Setting
Losing weight and maintaining what I have lost is the biggest challenge. I weigh every Friday and I gained instead of losing this week in spite of my 12,000 daily steps. What a disappointment..... I vow to lose at least one pound by next Friday, July 8. Who's in with me?

DRINK YOUR WATER CHALLENGE -- JULY 2015
The "Drink You Water" challenge is a new one I'm starting, as I have a hard time drinking water or consuming many liquids and need some motivation.
