Apparently small changes do work! haha. Switched my snacks to veggies and some fruit (watching sugar intake), some sort of exercise for 30 mins each day, and I also was mindful of my weekend eating which usually sets me back. Fired up for week 2! Let's keep this going everyone!!

Trying to lose weight to have a baby
I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs to aid in me and my husband conceiving. It's a tad hard seeing that I have pcos. I need help staying on track. I am doing low carb low sugar at the moment. I would be open to any advice if there is any to be given.

Beginner sort of
