USN 12 Week Challenge
I joined the USN 12 week challenge. Starting week 5 tomorrow. Following 5 meal eating plan and using their products. 4 weeks in, lost 4.7kg, from 34.3% muscle to 35.3% and fat from 27.9% to 24.5%. When the scale doesn't tell the whole story
I know I am changing body shape and eating healthy. Really so good for me. Positive No Soda. No Alcohol Cut Sugars and artificial sweeteners. Trying super hard to get sleep and proper rest.
