I find myself avoiding places where there will be too much food
I do most of my cooking at home and I do my best to maintain healthy eating patterns. I buy seperate snacks for my Husband and I because he doesn't have and health related weight issues and I like him to enjoy his food. But I turn down so many parties and events because I feel like I will be tempted to binge.
