Show how item being added impacts daily macro goals
When adding a food or meal, I need to know where my macro targets for the day will be with this addition. Currently I have to fist go to dashboard, memorize current daily macros, then back to diary, add food, and mentally compare the effect of this item. Too many clicks!

Dietary Restrictions
It would be nice to put things like restrictions (peanuts, meat, shellfish, etc) to have meal suggestions molded to personal needs/desires. For example, vegans have much trouble with essential fatty acids and B12, so meal plans would focus on achieving those goals.

Allow gram option when creating a recipe
Aaaaah...please, please allow the option to measure by grams instead of just serves when creating a recipe. Current recipe function is unusable because it's limited only to serving size. I weigh all my food, as I know many people do. Having to manually calculate serving size or weigh AN ENTIRE meal is ludicrous.
