Easy at home workout for 300 calories
Walking up and down the stairs for 20 minutes. Bring a towel and water. You'll need it. 10 minutes of sit ups (crunches). 10 minutes of push ups. (I alternated the crunches and push ups.) I live in the rain so I'm always looking for dry options.

going to try Zumba along w/ my EA Active. How do I know how many calories burned with the Zumba DVDs? I have searched the internet and everything says it depends on different variables.
