My back hurts when I do crunches...
I have no clue if I am just doing crunches wrong all together, but when I come up into my crunch, it feels like a sharp pinch on or right next to my spine. It hurts so bad I can barely come up. I have no problems doing other ab exercises like situps, bicycles, obliques... Does anyone have any insight on this??? Help…

Weight for Abdominal Crunches?
Hello, I just started with MyFitnessPal a few days ago and I was wondering, how do you record "weight" for abdominal crunches? Wouldn't there not be any extra weight (besides your upper body)? I'm not quite sure if I should put '0' or what, so any advice is appreciated!

tracking exercise through using dvd's
At least 1/2 of my exercise is through using Dvd's, Slim in Six and Leslie Sansone's walking.....but how can I track that on my exercise? Dvd's aren't a choice and I don't know how many calories I'm buring. Any suggestions?

Lower Back pains when Running
I am having an issue when I run my lower back is just killing me. I make sure I am running with a straight back, shoulders back and head straight. Is there anything I can do or is my form not correct??? Thanks for your help.

Exercise on hold
I love exercise, I have a very expensive gym membership but I've injured my back! Im allowed to go swimming ... which would be nice however, I can't drive (to the pool) and I cant get in of or out of the pool ... lol! I start physio in a couple of weeks so will be patient until then :-)

I'm not sure if this is posted anywhere else, I haven't seen anything about it. It just seems like whenever I log my activity in MFP, the calories burned are much higher than what the machine says. I did 40 mins elliptical yesterday and the machine something like 325, but MFP said it was 390ish. Who should I believe?!…
