P90X - Uh Oh
I'm very proud (and simultaneously freaked out) to say that I just ordered the P90X training package. Time to ramp it up a little, and I keep hearing how grueling but fabulous this workout can be. It should arrive tomorrow, so that will be DAY ONE of P90!!!

what to do after the 30 day shred?
Hey everyone, I completed the shred about a month ago. For my workouts now I walk/jog about 45 min one day with a baby jogger, then on the other days I will complete 1 of the workouts on the shred. Ive been doing the shred for a while and getting kind of bored with it. I want a workout dvd with the same challanges! Thanks.

Caloric burn calculations on here
I've noticed that that on here I can burn 200 or so calories while walking 2.0 miles/hr for half-an-hour. This just seem right. Are the calculations off? Thank you

How many calories do you typically burn a day?
I am 5'3 and eat 1200 calories. I burn at least 500 from breastfeeding. i am unsure how much is too much or too little exercise. Today already I have burned 700 at least, and was going to get on the Wii later. Is this okay? Can someone give me an idea of what's alright and what's not alright?

Too Many Calories?
Hey does anyone else think that sometimes it gives you too many calories for exercise? When I have over 1000 calories left it seems a little extreme. Especially when I don't think I was eating that well-and I manually reduced the number of calories and it still seemed like too many. What do you do?

Is (hatha) yoga enough?
Hi folks, I love yoga, specifically hatha, flow and restorative types. I find the atmosphere in these classes to be non-competitive, positive and free of judgment. BUT, is it enough? Do I need to be working out six days a week?
Over the course of the last year, I lost about ninety pounds. I was working out about five days a week for about an hour long, mostly cardio, and I went from 236 lbs to 145 ( I'm 5'4"/5'5"). I was wondering if I should continue working out five days a week if I want to lose another five to ten pounds?
