30 Day Shred - how many calories burned??
I know everyone works out at a different level, and we even work ourselves out at different levels from day to day. I'm just wondering how to log my workout, since it isn't just strength training or just aerobic, it's a total body workout! Help! Tonight I did level 1. Thanks!

Treadmill and elliptical calorie counts?
I don't so much trust my treadmill, but my elliptical has an option to put in my weight and has my heart rate on there with sensors. My elliptical says I burn around 350 calories in 25 minutes but myfitnesspal counter is saying it's a lot less than that. How accurate are the machines' calorie counters? What should I trust?
