200lbs jogging on treadmill and ankles hurting??
I weigh over 200lbs and just started jogging on the treadmill which causes my ankles to hurt when I reach about half a mile...could this be because I'm so heavy or my possibly my shoes? It doesn't happen when I walk....

Calories burned don't match
Does anyone else have a problem with the calories burned as reported by MFP not matching the number that the machine at the gym says? Today, the machine said 350. MFP said 640. That is a huge difference. I don't want to overestimate on exercises that are not on machines.

Getting Outside Really Helps With Winter Blahs
I was just watching Dr. Oz show this morning and he was talking about the importance of getting outside. So, today I decided to go on a nice, long walk on the trails at a local park.
