hmmm why bother?
i was filling in all the weights i did in the gym and it just told me what i did and that. it never added any calories or took of any fats or anything. so what is the point in putting in the weights what u did? any help? or should it increase the calorie or something? thanks in advance jack.

Treadmill burned calories different from site
Hi there- I just finished on the treadmill and it showed 277 calories burned. When I came onto the site and put in the times it showed only 200 calories burned. Does anyone know why there is such a difference and which one would be more accurate? Of course the treadmill one sounds much better! :)

Do you include calories burned during strength training?
Today I did 37 mins of strength training without resting in between sets. I made it like a circuit, incorporating upper/lower body and abs. My HRM said I burned 578 and I also checked my HR every so often and it was always recording at 70-80%, I was sweating and breathing pretty good but could still hold a conversation.…

I have a question. I have heard that if you lift you should wait a day (at least) before you lift that muscle group again....some say even more then a day to allow your muscles to rest and rebuild. If that is the case how is a DVD like 30 day shred or a 90 day program etc...a good one to do...in the programs you lift…
