why am i hungrier at lunch when i eat breakfast?
i generally follow the same schedule. i eat lunch at around 11:30 or 12. if i don't eat breakfast, i can make it to lunch without a problem at all. maybe a couple of hunger twitches but nothing i can't handle. if i eat breakfast, i'm ravenous 2 hours later and can't make it until 11:30 to eat lunch. i'm talking 'can't…

Kodiak protein cakes- delish
I just had the most delicious breakfast for lunch. Bought the kodiak protein pancakes 1/2 cup. Mixed it with water. Cooked it in a little spray oil. It made 2 pancakes. Topped with Walden farms 0 cal syrup. Had some strawberries with it. Yum. The Walden farms 0 cal syrup is quite good and their best product imo.

Daggon hard boiled egg shells
These eggs lately have been IMPOSSIBLE to peel. It seems the shell just breaks into tiny tiny pieces and what doesn't turn to a microscopic shell peel, is ginormous and takes off half my egg white. Throw me the best tips to ease the peeling process.

Today for my dinner I had 56 grams of lettuce, 61 grams of cucumber, 20 grams of green bell peppers, 7 grams of corriander all mixed with 114 grams of tuna and 121 grams of smoked haddock fillet (fish). 226 calories in total. Is that a healthy meal to have or is it a lot?
