Help! Netflix = over eating
It has come to my attention that when I sit down to watch some episodes on Netflix, my body thinks it is hungry. Even if I'm not. Spending so much time in the house is not benefiting me in terms of my weight loss journey. I break my fast at least 5 nights a week and I can’t stay away from the junk food. Premio Sausage sodium number is wrong
The sodium number for Premio Sweet Italian Sausage is incorrect. Someone multiplied the actual number by a factor of 10. I didn't understand how I was consuming 6,600g of sodium. Count should be 660 per link. Is there a way to correct this?
