I eat streaky bacon at dinner the bacon is 40g before grilled after its grilled and left to go cold as i bulk make it 1 piece is 10g Silly question is do i log the calories before or after ? i have been doing it before grilling

yummy lunch find
i just had the most yummy low cal lunch!! tuna packet with 1 tbsp mayo 20 wheat thins and a yummy valasic pickle spear!!!! and the best part is i am full from it!!!!! i will def be having this again! oh ya and it was all only 280 calories!!!!!
