stupid question about beef....
When cooking beef is there any nutritional difference in say medium rare vs. well done. Are we cooking away nutrients as we get closer to well done? Is there a doneness thats better for us ???

VITAMINS
So I decided to try and take a daily one a day womens vitamin. Here is my problem every time I do I get an upset stomach and feel like I am going to vomit. Can anyone tell me why or if there is a a vitamin thats better than others??

1 week going Vegetarian and...

is it healthy to go below your net calorie goal?
i'm on the 1200 calorie a day diet, but when i work out (i burn 300-400 calories at the gym 3-4 times a week), i still only consume 1200 calories, so my net calories can be as low as 800. is this okay or will it slow down my weight loss?
