How do you get your protein
I started trying protein bars and yoghurts and I have ordered some protein powder but I'm usually below by like 70/50g of protein which is quite alot and I'm on a budget lol! So I can't eat a ton of chicken etc, any tips ?

Booze Question
I'm going to a Blues Festival this weekend. What is the best alcohol to drink?? They will have a full bar, no wine and I don't drink beer. I usually drink margaritas but that's too much sugar and calories. Any suggestions?

Frozen shrimp weight
Im trying to figure out the correct weight to enter for the shrimp i eat. I weighed out 250g and then cooked them. I emptied the pan twice of liquid and weighed the shrimp at the end of cooking. Cooked they only weigh 100g. Should i enter 100g or ~80cal or 250g and ~200cal. As i eat shrimp pretty often, this makes a big…

Hello! I have started a keto diet and I'm also incorporating 2 popular protein shakes to up my protein intake. Directions for the shake say to use as meal replacement for 2 meals, and have 1 healthy meal. Would it be alright just to use the shakes for the protein and not necessarily as a meal replacement? I've been using a baked potato cutting it up putting it in the actifry... using fry light ..no oil... then weigh once they are done and scan the barcode on the bag if the potato add to mfp.... Hi, I'm getting a bit confused with how to track my basmati rice e.g weigh cooked or uncooked? The packet says '100g (hob cooked) kcal 127' and it states 1 portion is 70g. I weighed 70g dry for myself and tracked it as 89kcal like it said above, but should I have weighed out a 70g portion after it was cooked?
