Menopausal weight loss
Hi. I’m on 1600 cals daily and do 5 exercise classes a week, strength x 2 , with weights, spinning, Zumba and yoga. Need to lose 5kg and have c section overhang. Have been doing this for around a month now. No weight loss. How do I start to lose weight? Will the overhang disappear? Thank you!! Kathy

I am 72 and need to lose about 10 more pounds. Are there certain foods that are help for firming one's stomach. I lift weights twice a week and do pilates 3-4 times a week. I eat between 1000-1250 calories a day. Also, what is the goal for carbs, fat, sugar and protein. I don't really eat sugar. That helps a lot.

Still Hungry!
I am at 2600 maintenance calories, 250 Carbs, 100 Fat and 185 protein. I stick to my numbers but seem to always be hungry. is there a fix?

Adequate fiber on low calorie diet
I love tracking nutrients as well as calories on MFP and am dependably losing 1-1.25 lbs a week on a 1200 calorie diet. However I find it hard to hit 25 grams of fiber. Please advise!

Stopped losing weight

Keeping carb count low with limited to no animal products
