Weight Loss During Menopause
I have noticed several people asking about losing weight during menopause. I too, am in the same boat as they are. It's kind of depressing. I have tried many different ways of eating, but nothing seems to help. For the past 5 days, I have been meat free. Hopefully I will see some results soon. Stay tuned.

I am morbidly obese , I am swollen with fluids even though on meds to help they don't. I have been eating healthy and exercing 1to 2hrs a day.But nothing I do helps any suggestions. Quitting Soda
