How many calories are in this much ranch and broccoli?
Hi. I have no way to weigh this broccoli or measure how much ranch I have. I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate of how many calories they think is in my current meal? This is standard ranch (not lite) but I don't know more than that as I got it from the cafeteria. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hi, if a person eats larger amounts of salads/vegetables which obviously still do not amount to a lot of calories, does the body still 'think' that that person is not eating enough calories? Or does the body realise it is not hungry? As in, does the body start storing all since it's fewer calories? Thank you. 😊

The last 2 times I have went to donate blood they've told me that my blood pressure is a little low. What can I do to fix that?
