Fiber intake
For years I wasn’t worried about fiber in my diet but lately I’ve been trying to eat more. I have added navel oranges, grapefruits, prunes, and walnuts. What else should I do to get it above 30 grams per day. I think 40 to 50 grams should be my new goal? Any ideas. Thanks

Fats - amounts and why
MFP sets my monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat goal as 0g zero yet I have the liberty of 24g of saturated fats. Why? An avocado or olive is apparently off limits entirely yet butter toast is fine.

Same weight (145-148) for almost two years

Calories for smaller adult females
As a small adult female ( 5 feet and 55 yesrs old) my BMR is lower than most at approx 1500. If I want to loose weight I keep reading that you must have a 500 calorie deficit. Is 1000 calories still safe for a smaller person? If I go up to 1200 calories I can't seem loose any weight at all?
