We're headed off tomorrow for a weekend camping trip. I spent the morning grocery shopping and planning for each meal so I stay within my calorie budget. I love the calorie counter for recipes and have added quite a few, both manually and from the web. Is there any way to search the recipes I've added by keyword instead of having to scroll through all of them to find the one I want to add to my food diary?

What are some of your favourite filling low calorie foods?
I've only just started to track what I eat but I do find that a simple baked potato fills me up and is a good low calorie option. I also love drinking chai tea with almond milk and a bit of honey! I've just started logging again after years so I am keen for some inspiration!

Fat not adding up when tracking
Hi I’m noticing my Fat not adding up when tracking. Let’s say my diary shows I’ve eaten 61g of fat for the day, when I check under nutrients, the totals on types of fat do not add up. I'm looking for the absolute best way to avoid all sugar cravings. At night I get as hungry as a beast and I crave sugar, sugar, sugar. Eating lots of protein has helped a little, but it still happens every night. Advice is so appreciated!!

Celiac disease
I haven’t yet received a finalized diagnosis, but celiac disease is a distinct possibility. I know that sugar goes by a lot of different names on ingredient lists (evaporated cane juice is one of my favorites 🙄). I’m assuming the same may be true of gluten ingredients. What should I watch for?
