I want to build some lean muscle, so I wondering what % of my calories per…

Fitbit accuracy/calorie counting
Hi friends! I have a fitbit versa. It scans my heart rate, steps, calories and all that good stuff. The past couple days it was saying I burned about 4000 calories in one day. That's from my exercise, job and just regular daily calories you burn. Mfp has me at 2000 calories I should eat a day. This means I would be eating…

Calories with exercise
So my goal is around 1200 calories a day, and I've been losing weight no problem! My question is, when I exercise, MFP tells me to basically eat the calories I burn. Is this something I have to do to stay healthy? Or can I keep it at 1200 if I am feeling alright? Do I have to eat extra calories when I burn calories…

Macros not making sense
A nutrition coach suggested my macros should be at 30P, 30C, 13F per meal. This makes no sense to me. Doesn't it need to total 100% and aren't the numbers supposed to be in increments of 5? Thanks for any insight!

reducing fat percentage
I am eating less than 1200 calories a day and trying to keep my carbs to 40%; protein to 40%; and fat to 20%. Every day, when I look at the piechart, it shows that my fat intake is about 45%. I am eating carefully, and choosing good fats. Any suggestions on how to get the # down to 20% or under?

Body fat percentage
So today was my weigh in day and the day I use my tape measure. The ultimate goal here is to lower my body fat percentage. It’s always uncomfortable going up a little on my scale. I gained a few ounce(which I know could be water retention) but my measuring across the board has went down. So I’ve lowered my body fat…

How many calories???
