Fasting advice pls, thanks.
I was planning to fast during the day and eat all my calories in the evening after work but I started exercising today which means I have even more calories to eat. It seems it'll be difficult to eat all my calories in the evening but should be OK if I spread it out throughout the day. Do you think I should do this or does…

Hi all, I tried to do a search on this topic but didn't see anything after looking thru about 6 pages of old posts, so I apologize if this has been asked before. Recently rejoined MFP after having back surgery and entered my numbers to find that I should be eating 1200 calories to lose about 2 pounds each week. When I did…

Before killing people and breaking things, make your bed
This quote is from NYTimes story: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/02/style/how-to-make-your-bed.html?_r=0 “You need an anchor point for your day, and sometimes that anchor is as a simple as making your bed,” said Mr. McRaven, now the chancellor of the University of Texas and the author of “Make Your Bed: Little Things That…

Hanger...are they getting my BMR right?
Several websites and apps are estimating I consume between 1200-1400 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week, and on the higher end of that range if I'm exercising. But whenever I try to stick to this range (and yes, I'm eating pretty healthy), I feel waaaaaayyy too hungry. Like HANGRY. I feel the hunger all day and can't…

And then right…
