Question
Does anyone else here struggle with thyroid conditions? I know that many people do and if there are have you had much success in dropping weight. I know it can be done but I am under the impression that it is a slower process. Are any of the thyroid supplements any good?

I saw this tip in a magazine and just wanted to share it. Keep a bottle of clear nail polish near your snacks/ in your kitchen. Before you grab a bite, decide if you're hungry or just munching. Has anyone had long time success with these? I tried Nutrisystem for a month and found most of the food completely inedible! My dog wouldn't even touch it and she eats duck poop! This is great! What a fabulous tool! I've lost 5 lbs this week and am so motivated. I know it is water weight but who cares. It keeps me motivated and that's what matters. Hope everyone is doing great this week. Jackie

Weightless In 10 months
Yesterday when I left the gym, I weighed in at 151.5. Today when I got to the gym it was 151.9. Leaving the gym again it was 151.4. In that time, I burned about 375 calories via 30 mins on the elliptical machine. So by that math, if I did an hour every day I'd lose 1 pound every day just at the gym alone. I'd be virtually…

how much did you lose in Feb
I would like to know how much everyone lost in Feb. I lost 10 pounds but would have liked to have lost more.( at least I didn't gain though ) I am a long way from were I want to be. Thanks to all who have been supportive. I joined 1-13-06 at 232 and now I'm 217. so far so good.

Frustrated PMS/Period Gain
I hate feeling frustrated about this again but it is disheartening to see my weight fluctuate as it has in the past week and a half. I went from 327 to 333 during my period even though I was watching my calories and drinking my water. my period is over and I am only back down to 331. Any words of encouragement?
