Daily Calorie Limits
When I first started MFP, I entered my goal as losing 50 lbs at 2 lbs a week. My daily calorie allowance was calculated at 1340. Now, I have lost 7 lbs and my allowance has stayed the same. Three months lowfat :-)
Hello everybody here, today is day five of my three months eating lowfat. I try to eat a maximum 20% kalories in fat. On sportdays a bit more like 30% is ok. I try to loose about 20 lbs and getting more shaped. Anybody here with a similar goal? Perhaps we could motivate us a bit. :-)

diet drinks???
Hi I was wondering what is everyone's opinion on diet drinks such as diet coke Pepsi max etc are they okay or are they a big no no.. I know they say zero calories but I've read they are so bad for us.. do any of you guys still drink them?

Getting started
i am 57 6' 2" 181 lbs I am trying to lose 10 lbs, tone up, gain some muscle and some energy. I lift 3 to 4 days a week, do cardio 1 to 2 days.
