Frustrated
So I have been working out about 3 months now between 4 and 5 days a week. I eat between 1200 and 1600 calories on average. i've lost approximately 30lbs (some before I started mfp) and I seem stuck at 165. i have increased my workout regiment but don't seem to be losing anymore. not discouraged just frustrated. any ideas?

New & scared!!!
Desperately want to lose weight but don't seem to be getting anywhere fast so I have decided to give this ago. Whilst I feel my eating has improved and my calories have reduced I can't feel the benefits and don't seem to be losing weight as I had expected! It's scary to think this won't work! Calculating Error?
My MFP is giving me only 140~ calories left, but is also showing I have about 10 grams of fat, 40 grams of protein and a handful of carbs. I've gone through and calculated what my actual calorie amounts are (carbs & protein g x 4; fat x 9) and there's also an error. Any ideas on how to fix it? Anyone else running into…
