Feeling dizzy
So...If I eat under like 1300-1400 calories a day I often find myself dizzy. Does this happen to others? Or is it just me? Also, that's not much under what I should eat to maintain either...

On another weight loss journey
Back in 2011 I lost 55 lbs and here I am 2 kids later in 2015 and have to lose the weight all over again. I'm 5'4 starting weight 206, I'm down to 199. I'm looking for people in similar situations as me. I try to talk to my husband about calorie intake and my diet but I think I am driving him insane :)

Can you delete foods from your recent food list?
Some foods are not listed correctly so I picked the wrong one and later found the right one with the correct sodium count. Can I delete a food from the recent food list?

Just starting out

Thinner and Healthier by July 6th
Only 15lbs is all I want to lose. Better health by the big 50. Still hard to stay true and just do it. Its only been 3 days in but glad I have worked out each day and not had any junk food.... well a couple of things. Energy drinks are my down fall.
