Burning 675 calories a week
I am so confused by this. My goal is 675 calories burned a week. Which makes no sense when one workout burns approximately 300.. Does this mean I only need to burn 675 to meet my end goal or why exactly is the weekly number?

Tip for not using your daily calories too fast
If you find towards the end of the day you don't have enough calories left for dinner try this tip. I often add quick calories at the beginning of the day. iphone steps Not correct
I have an iphone 5S and it WAS recording my steps and calculting them into calories burned each day. As of Saturday it is counting my steps but no longer doing the step adjustment into calories burned for that day. What is going on?? How can I fix it?
