Am I going nuts, or is it possible my net calories for yesterday changed overnight? I usually check the site before I go to bed to make sure I logged everything, and I am almost always within 50 calories or less of my goal. Has anyone calculated the maintenance calories at their goal weight, and just eaten that amount instead of eating the weight loss amount? I know your supposed to do tdee minus 20% if you want to lose 2 pounds a week, 15% to lose 1.5 pounds, and 10% to lose one pound.
