Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm looking for websites that will help me with form. I've used the bodybuilding.com exercise database. I like that they have videos. Are there other sites you would recommend? I have three trainers at my gym. They show me different form depending on who you talk to.

Weight gain difficulty
I'm looking to gain weight I'm 5'4 and 102 lbs and have a very fast metabolism i was in taking at least 3000 calories a day and still was not gaining weight . does anyone know of any HIGH calorie foods , snacks , meals , or shakes that may help ?

Why is my lower body so much stronger than upper?
My lower body is still progressing after 14 months of lifting while the upper body stalled 6 months ago. My lifts are all out of proportion.
