I am a 74 year old recently retired from fed gov't and enjoying life. I am keeping track of my food intake and exercise to keep me focused and help me to achieve my healthy weight. Currently at 190 lbs target is 165 lbs

I've been tracking my calorie intake for about 20 days now since starting that and a little exercise I've lost a total of 16 pounds. What was everyone's biggest hold back from achieving your weight loss goals, mine ATM is trying to find ways to not get hungry during my fasting hours.
