Hi All, I am new to the boards. I have been slowly losing for the last 2 years. My starting weight in January of 2007 was 340 lbs., I got down to 270 before the holidays. I am currently at 280 lbs. :embarassed: , I am going to get the 10 off from all the holiday food and work for more to get to my goal of 225!!!:happy:

I just started working out a couple weeks ago. Started using the gym in the building where I work and going with one of my coworkers at lunch. Well she just got laid off so I'm trying to stay motivated to go everyday or at least 3 times a week. I hope this site will help!
