HI ALL, NOT SURE QUITE WHAT I'M DOING YET BUT WUD JUST LIKE TO INTRODUCE MYSELF, IM 34 YRS OLD WITH 4 CHILDREN.. Love This Site
This Site has helped me monitor my caloric intake like never before. I've noticed that as log as I long into this as much as possible, it definately keeps me on track with food, drinks, and excercise. Has anyone else felt the ethusiasm I have about this site??:laugh:

I've been on here a couple of days and was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. In the exercise log, why is it ever time I try to add in the crunches I've done it doesn't acknowledge the calories burned by them? Is there a different way to do it or does it ever count them?
