Advice Needed!
I was just curious how others do their food logs when they are sick?? Not my top priority today to count calories as I haven't been able to keep hardly any food down but do you just forget the food log all together when you are sick/vomiting? I haven't ate much but what I have hasn't stayed down. Thanks in advance.
